Larsson's Chipseri
Larsson's family farm is located in Viken, northwestern Scania, and has belonged to the family since the 18th century - for eight generations.
In 2012, they started up the farm's chip production – Larssons Chipseri! Larssons is the only chip company in Sweden that can follow the entire production chain - from planting potatoes to frying and packaging the chips at home on the farm.
From their unique potato collection of around 600 types of potatoes, we select the best potatoes for the season. When our home-grown potatoes and root vegetables have been pulled out of the mud, they are fried in a lovely golden yellow Scanian cold-pressed rapeseed oil in an open fryer from the 1950s. The natural taste and character of each potato/root fruit is preserved. The result is deliciously crispy Larssons Chips in carefully selected flavors.
