Lumpy like a butter soup, full-bodied and warming like an autumn stew, this relatively new concoction offers a lovely twist on the palate, Sun-dried Tomato Dream. Colorful sun-dried tomatoes cooked with spices and balsamic vinegar make for a wonderfully flavorful spreadable dream. Fantastic on pasta, pizza soup, salad and not least with aged cheeses and charcuterie
The result is a perfect partner for creamy or aged cheese (or one of each!), salty salami or other charcuterie and fresh berries or grapes. This Tomato Dream is both sweet and salty, fantastic on a piece of baguette by itself or in combination with a good cheese.
Perfect for aged cheese, brie, havarti, camembert, lamb, pasta, grilled, sausages, hamburgers, and much more
A sourdough bread, cheese, artisanal sausage/charcuterie and Sun-dried Tomato Dream. It's a seriously underrated meal. Yes, a meal. Many may find it not very healthy, but it covers all the nutritional bases. It doesn't hurt to use 100% wholemeal bread either, then it will be really useful. Or maybe you are a normal person and would eat this as an appetizer? I guess that works too.
It's wonderful on a toasted baguette with cream cheese. I also added quite a bit to a favorite Tomato Pie recipe that I made. It really lifted the flavor. This is a real winner, once you taste it you can't live without it and it goes great with most things.
Embrace this Tomato Dream, it will work well with many other recipes including grilled cheese.
